Will proved 5th November 1836

This is the last Will and Testament of me John Greaves of Pensham in the County of Worcester yeoman.

I give devise and bequeath unto my dear wife Anne Greaves All and singular my real and personal Estate whatsoever and whosoever situate of which I may die possessed she paying out all my just debts my funeral and testamentary expences[sic] and the charges and expences[sic] of proving this my will To hold the same real and personal estates unto her my said wife her heirs executors administrators and assign forever according to the respective natures and qualities thereof to her and for her and their own absolute benefit and disposal. And I have made the above devise and bequest unto my said dear wife in full confidence that she will dispose of the same estate in the same manner as I should have done had I been the survivor And I appoint my said wife sole Executrix of this my will In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this first day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty six

Signed sealed published and declared by the Testator John Greaves as and for his last will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request and in the presence of each other hereunto subscribed our names as witness.

Consistory Oath of Anne Greaves Widow Sole Executrix and that you will make a true and perfect Inventory of all and singular the said Goods Chattles[sic] and Credits and exhibit the same into the Registre[sic] of the Consistory Court of Worcester That the personal Estate of the Testat[sic] does not amount in value to the sum of Two Thousand pounds ...his death took place on or about the second day of April one thousand eight hundred and thirty six

On the fifth day of November 1836 this commission was duly executed
